Global Bank of Commerce Ltd. (“GBC”) is a Caribbean managed and operated international bank, offering attractive financial products to its regional and international customers since 1983. It was the first Bank to be licensed in Antigua and Barbuda under its International Business Corporations Act, 1982, and has the distinction of being the grandfather of international financial services operated in the jurisdiction’s Financial Centre.
We maintain a solid capital base and undergo annual third-party financial audits and AML/ATF audits. We are a member of the Caribbean Association of Banks (www.cab-inc.com) and have colleague relationships with another 30 Caribbean banks and credit unions. We also subscribe to the Caribbean Principles (www.caribbean-principles.com). We are a member of SWIFT and enjoy correspondent banking services with significant banking partners in North America and Europe.
