STORED VALUE CARD PROGRAMME A fully functional prepaid Visa Electronic Debit Card issued by Global Bank of Commerce, Ltd. operating in both US and EURO currencies which is accepted at over 12 million VISA merchant locations and almost 1 million VISA/PLUS ATMs worldwide. The Bank operates several prepaid Visa card programs, all are designed for electronic use only which means the card must be swiped or inserted at a point of sale terminal or ATM that accepts Visa cards. The card can also be used online if required.
